What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only use Paypal. If that is a problem email us at
payment@supbroshirts.com and we will work something out.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States only.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package,
and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order,
put in your address during checkout and click continue.
The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.
Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-6 day delivery / starts at $3.65)
Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery / starts at $6.60)
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery / starts at $20.65)

How do I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email
when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number,
however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered,
and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.
What size shirt should I order?
Most of our shirts are printed on American Apparel shirts, but a few are printed on Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, etc.
American Apparel shirts are cut to be a bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt.
They are also 100% cotton so you can expect them to shrink a bit. You can tell if the shirt design you are looking
at is printed on American Apparel by clicking on the design and looking under the attributes section.
If it is American Apparel, it will say so there. Otherwise the shirt is printed on a different brand of shirt
and will have standard t-shirt sizing.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt, or if the shirt you received is defective, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not simply mail it back without contacting us first!

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely.
You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there.
If you are not able to find it there you can email contactus@supbroshirts.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.
